Family Festival EcoMess 2013

EcoMess is a whole family festival, which was held this year for the third time at Telliskivi Creative City on the 20-22 of September 2013.

The mission is to introduce different simple ways of living so each of us can contribute to healthier and therefore better life and surroundings for all of us to enjoy. The believe is that there are other ways to live without the excessive consumption and quick temporary fixes.

The festival programme included seminar for specialists "Energy efficiency of buildings while preserving culture and environment" which was held under Co2olBricks project. There were also many smaller seminars and workshops on the topics of energy saving, ecological materials and technologies, community and heritage conservation. Also there was ecological building materials and renovation fair, panel discussion the topic of which old buildings need protection, educational and documentary film programme, activities for children and art exhibition from old windows.

It is planned to have the next EcoMess in Tallinn 20-21st of September 2014!
